Tammy Kocher is the Executive Director of New Life Family Services, one of the oldest, largest, and most comprehensive pregnancy centers in the country. With over 16 years of leadership at New Life, Tammy oversees six pregnancy centers, a licensed adoption agency, and comprehensive programs serving women and families. Her innovative leadership has grown the organization’s annual budget from $1.2M to more than $5M while developing and expanding programs and leading two separate capital campaigns to raise more than $8M to fund two new facilities in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Tammy is recognized as a national leader in the pro-life pregnancy center movement. She is the board chair of the Pregnancy Center Coalition of Minnesota (PCCMN) and as a consultant with Focus on the Family’s Option Ultrasound nationwide grant program. Tammy is an engaging public speaker appearing at events, on radio and podcasts, and was called in 2023 to testify at a United States Congressional hearing. She is committed to cultivating excellence and empowering leaders to fulfill their God-given potential.
