Rachel Franks has been involved in pregnancy resource center work since 2009 and currently serves as the patient engagement manager at Assure Women’s Center in Omaha, NE. She oversees Assure’s scheduling line and follow-up process and works closely with Assure’s patient metrics.
Rachel also is a certified focus trainer with SperaVita Insititute and has a passion for helping equip PRC staff with tools needed to be most effective at what they do. When Rachel isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband and two young children.
