Dr. Missy Clifton is the founder of Learning Is Created, an organization dedicated to furthering the mission of pro-life, faith-based organizations. She helps these organizations excel by equipping them to operate above reproach and serve their clients with confidence. She holds a Master’s in Instructional Systems with a focus in Online Adult Learning Theory and is an AHIMA certified HIPAA Privacy and Security professional.
