Dr. Ashley Graves has over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with over a decade in the pregnancy resource center. After serving eight years as an executive director, she was disheartened to see the industry losing strong leaders due to a lack of training, burnout, and internal struggles within the organization.
In 2019, Dr. Graves founded Five Stone Consulting to walk beside leaders in Christian nonprofits. To date, she has walked beside 76 leaders and 43 organizations. Dr. Graves has her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and her Masters in Biblical Studies and Christian Education.
