Mike is the Director of the Courageous Dads Program at A Woman’s Concern in Lancaster, PA in which he has served there as a fatherhood counselor and educator for the past three years. He also facilitates “Healthy Relationship” classes for both men and woman in their education program.
Mike is a credentialed Sexual Risk Avoidance specialist through ASCEND and certified as a REAL Essentials instructor. He has been utilizing these credentials as a key leader of the Empowered Youth team that teaches SRAE throughout schools in Lancaster, PA.
Before joining the team at AWC, Mike furthered his education at Millersville University, Lancaster Bible College as well as The UMC Pastor School of Philadelphia. Mike is credentialed and ordained as a Pastor of Youth Ministry 1998-2014 where he was the lead in the development of junior high through college age youth programs and activities. He later was a lead Pastor from 2015-present.
