Terri leads and trains Patient Care Team who walk alongside women throughout their journey with AWC Medical Services. Using the Focus Model, her team provides compassionate, coordinated care from the first scheduling call through the medical appointment and follow-up. Drawing on years of frontline experience, Terri works closely with AWC’s medical staff to support hundreds of women and families each year. Guided by her faith and a servant’s heart, she is committed to helping every woman who enters AWC’s purple doors feel seen, cared for, and well supported.
