As Executive Director for Florida at Guiding Grace Family Support Network, she leads the development of residential and community-based models designed to restore stability and create long-term independence for families.
With more than 20 years in commercial and residential development, Meghan brings a systems-focused operational perspective to nonprofit leadership and the development of compassionate, sustainable programs. She cultivates partnerships across nonprofit, civic, and government sectors and contributes to policy and advocacy at national, state, and regional levels.
A national speaker, trainer, and advocate, Meghan addresses nonprofit leadership, family-centered care, and strategies for breaking cycles of generational poverty and crisis. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Life Affirming Specialist (LAS) through Heartbeat International. Meghan serves as a board member of the Florida Association of Christian Child Caring Agencies, Secretary of the Rotary Club of Cape Coral, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce Cape Coral Government Relations Committee. In 2025, she received the Women of Distinction Acts of Kindness Award. Grounded in her Christian faith, Meghan is committed to restoration, dignity, and lasting opportunity for families.
