She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Allyfe Pregnancy Clinic since 2002, guiding the organization through transformative growth to become the busiest pregnancy clinic in the nation and the only pregnancy center nationally to offer comprehensive free prenatal care.

Ms. Caruso spearheaded Nevada’s first mobile ultrasound program and led the creation of the state’s only life-affirming specialty license plate. Recognizing a growing national gap between the availability of ultrasound equipment and trained medical professionals, she launched the Allyfe Ultrasound Training Program—an innovative initiative designed to equip nurses and medical missionaries with the clinical skills and best practices required to operate ultrasound technology with excellence, integrity, and consistency. The program instills standardized best practices to ensure ultrasound machines are not only placed, but used effectively in mission-driven medical settings across the country.
