Brittany Stepp joined the ECFA team in 2019 and serves as Vice President of Communications & Outreach. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership and brings a decade of experience in marketing, recruitment, and retention.
Brittany is passionate about supporting and equipping ECFA’s more than 2,700 members with practical resources, training, and opportunities that strengthen generosity and organizational impact. She loves supporting ministries as they steward their missions with integrity and reach the world for Christ.
She lives in Front Royal, Virginia, with her husband and two children.
