Amie Gamboian brings over 20 years of leadership and coaching experience to her partnership with The Table Group. She is a proven organizational health consultant with a track record for delivering significant and lasting client impact by hitting objectives and key performance targets. Amie meets her clients where they’re at by providing a straight-forward, practical, and team-centered approach to collaboration and problem solving.
Amie consults executive teams and leaders in developing leadership cultures that are anchored in team cohesion, extreme clarity, communication effectiveness and priority alignment. Her clients span a broad range of various industries, including automotive, construction, banking, financial services, government, food and beverage, motor sports and collegiate athletics.
Prior to joining The Table Group, Amie was in private practice as an executive coach and organizational health consultant. In her previous career, she created leadership development curriculum for thousands of leaders, while leading her personal team of nearly 2,000 representatives to reach $30 million in product sales, in an international multi-billion direct selling company. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is a former speechwriter for the Governor of Nebraska and proposal writer for the University of Nebraska Foundation.
Amie is heavily involved in the local community as the Founder/Board Chair for Omaha Leaders, a Trustee of the Business Ethics Alliance, a Strategic Consultant for the Global Leadership Summit, and an Advisory Council Member for the Assure Women’s Center. Amie and her husband have two beautiful daughters and one energetic Coonhound, and happily reside in Omaha, NE.
