Known for her strategic clarity and heart for mission-driven work, she is passionate about equipping organizations to reach more people and steward their calling well.
With a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois and certifications in fundraising, sponsorship, event management, and nonprofit leadership, she brings both academic depth and practical expertise to her work. A frequent conference and podcast speaker, she has received more than two dozen professional awards for her contributions to the field. At home, she and her husband enjoy time with their four children, three grandchildren, and a lively crew of beloved fur babies.
