Arrive early and go deep. Our Pre-Conference offers targeted, hands-on sessions for those who want intentional, practical training to strengthen leadership, operations, and promote growth within their centers. Choose from four specialized tracks: a mini-business school, a medical track, a client services track, and a fundraising track.

The pre-conference is $200 and includes a full day of focused instruction, connection with other like-minded leaders, and lunch, making it a valuable opportunity to gain additional insights to take home and implement.

If the event organizers are forced to cancel the Samaritan Summit due to causes beyond our control, including laws, orders, or regulations by a government entity or if a government entity imposes a travel ban, quarantine, or attendance ban for the location of the event that has the effect of curtailing transportation facilities, prohibiting travel to or from or affecting attendance at the event, or if the hotel facilities become unavailable, then the Samaritan Summit will refund the registration fees.

A discounted hotel room block has been secured for Samaritan Summit attendees at the conference venue. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reserve your room

The room block is available for several days before the pre-conference, allowing attendees to arrive early and enjoy Clearwater Beach while connecting with other Summit participants.

Transportation will not be provided by the conference. Most attendees use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft from nearby airports and for transportation around Clearwater during their stay.

Conference attire is business casual, and attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably for November in Florida. Don’t forget your beach bag and sunscreen. For the Shades of Blue Dinner, attire can flowy, elegant, and beach-inspired for both men and women. Any shade of blue will do! This evening celebrates the strength, compassion, and vast impact of your work, much like the vast blue ocean.

You are welcome to bring additional guests with you, but anyone wanting to attend conference general or breakout sessions or participate in meals must officially register.

Individual Shades of Blue Dinner tickets are available for $100 each.

Please email info@samaritansummit.com for information about dinner tickets or questions regarding meal plans.
