Mike Flair has led teams large and small for nearly four decades. For almost 20 years, he served as an executive with the two largest and most respected in-home care brands, where he coached and trained business owners and led business model innovation across a network of more than 500 franchisees.
Today, Mike is an Implementer with EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System). He leverages the proven EOS® model to help leadership teams clarify their vision, identify and solve core issues, and execute practical plans that drive measurable results. His work reflects a deep passion for teaching and coaching leaders to build healthy, aligned, and high-performing organizations.
Mike resides in the Omaha, NE area with his wife, Roxanne, and six adult children and 19 grandchildren.
