Reneé Wooten brings more than 20 years of experience in pro-life medical clinic leadership, operations, and accreditation. In 2004, she founded Options360 Women’s Clinic in Washington State, developing a comprehensive, physician-led women’s healthcare organization that expanded to three medical clinics.
Under her leadership, Options360 became the first pro-life multisite women’s medical clinic to achieve accreditation through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) in 2012, establishing a significant milestone in pro-life healthcare.
In 2014, Reneé joined Lorraine Dryden at Achieving Accreditation, bringing her extensive experience in establishing, operating, and strategically leading pro-life medical clinics. Since then, she has helped clinics nationwide strengthen their organizational and medical operations while transforming the complex AAAHC accreditation process into a clear, strategic, step-by-step pathway to success.
After serving 15 years as CEO of Options360, Reneé transitioned to full-time accreditation consulting in 2019, following God’s calling to help other pro-life medical organizations achieve excellence in patient care.
Prior to founding Options360, Reneé served on the executive leadership team at Disneyland Theme Park in Anaheim, California, where she gained extensive experience in organizational leadership, operations, and management.
